Job Description : 

  • Plan the sales strategy and optimizing sales
  • Search for clients who might benefit from the company’s products/Services
  • Speak to customers, either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes and then documenting them.
  • Carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
  • Documentation and control of target achievement
  • Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings.
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Track sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance.

What to expect:

  • The role is office-based but often involves travelling to clients’ premises. Overnight stays away from home may be required on occasion.
  • Office locations may change according to the needs of the company, so flexibility and mobility are often prerequisites.
  • It is necessary to have prior IT field sales experience for Indian territories (in the CRM, SaaS or cloud)
